De locatie t.o.v. het centrum is perfect, evenals de beschikbaarheid van een parkeerplek in de garagekelder. Verder is het een heel ruim appartement. Daarnaast is de verhuurder zeer bereidwillig als het om uitleg (van de wasmachine) gaat.
De inrichting. Ikea en vrij gedateerd. Aftandse douches plus de afmeting in een van de douches. Op 70 x70 cm valt er weinig te bewegen als je doucht. Een intensief gebruikte bank in de woonkamer. Ontbijt viel zwaar tegen: slechts enkele crackers, wat jam, koffiezetapparaat. Dat was het. Gelukkig is er een bakker op 200 meter afstand gevonden waar verse waar gekocht kan worden.
