Größe der Wohnung, gute Ausstattung in der Küche, Waschmaschine, ruhige Lage (Wanderwege), bequeme Betten, unkomplizierte Buchung und Bezahlung.
Das Sofa war schon sehr durchgelegen, aber man konnte abends nach einer langen Wanderung auch ins bequeme Bett wechseln (TV vorhanden). Bad etwas eng (nur für 1 Person) aber nicht weiter schlimm wenn man sich zeitlich organisiert ;-)
