The flat in the first floor had a lot of space in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. It looked refurbished and had a nice view to the park. Good shower and hot water. Wifi also worked correctly. Overall the check in was easy and the stay was very calmed, just two blocks from the tube station. I would stay here next time.
The only negative thing was an extra guarantee deposit that was not advertised (either an amount around 400 pounds to be reimbursed god knows when or a fixed rate of 40).

The space was just right for 2 people. It was clean (apart from dust) and roomy, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect with a view right onto the park. The rain shower is a nice touch with little toiletries that I found lovely. The wifi worked and so did all appliances. There isn't a dishwasher though.
There was a damage deposit or waiver demanded at the beginning which I found quite off putting. There was a long list of things to turn off every time you left the flat including the boiler and heating. And finally the building Is undergoing renovation so we had builders at 7:30am every day we were there which really wasn't pleasant and should have been advised beforehand. The dust alone was impressive.

Nice flat, incredible location, lovely and green, and H&I is so well connected.
The entire experience with pass the keys was sub par compared the personal experience you get with AirBnB. Or direct with someone. It was really had to tell who to contact three numbers, one email no chat function….. It felt the only was to call a call centre. We needed more loo paper, cleaning tablets but just ended up buying them as it was easier . The flat itself felt cheaply put together for guests, loose doors, poorly thought out kitchen layout. The stairs still had protective covers on them. Just felt a bit cheap.
