El piso es bastante grande, y el sistema de calefacción es bueno, se calentaba en poco tiempo y la temperatura era agradable. Piso anticuado en sus instalaciones. Necesita muchas mejoras: mobiliario ( muebles antiguos y bailongos, el sofá estaba muy sucio y roto.Muy incómodo). La presión del agua era muy justa, lo que hacía perder mucho tiempo en el aseo. Las camas cómodas, pero la ropa de cama necesita una renovación. El menaje de cocina lo mismo.
Luego, la limpieza: La chica nos pidió disculpas pero es que había restos de los anteriores inquilinos. El piso bien, grande, bien situado pero le fallaban esas cositas.
