What you see is exactly what you get—this apartment truly deserves its 9+ rating. Highly recommended
Mr. Hamza’s communication was exceptional—clear and professional. We also loved the stunning city views from both sides of the apartment, which made the stay truly special.
Parking was a bit challenging. Although there was space in front of the building, we also booked a nearby garage. The underground entrance was quite narrow, making it difficult to access with a larger car.

Hamza was very accommodating and response to questions very speedy. We enjoyed our stay.
Balcony view had Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur view and was directly above the river. Apartment was new, well appointed and spacious with lots of extra little touches. Excellent communication with Hamza.
20 mins walk from the nearest Metro. Paris traffic in the area was immense so taxi in/out of the centre took 30+ mins whatever time of day. Although parking was available, I found it impossible to get my Peugeot 5008 through the entrance door which was set at an angle to the roadway down. (possibly because of the extra long wheelbase?) I noticed larger vehicles entering via the exit.

Mooi en proper appartement, leuke ligging, vriendelijke host
Aangenaam verrast bij aankomst. Een zeer mooi appartement met alle comfort. Alles was ook proper en de host zeer vriendelijk. Een tip: iets meer inzetten op sfeer (sfeerverlichting, kleurtje op de muur,...). Maar nogmaals: we hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Parking is ook niet evident.

広いし、高所なので人目も気にせずゆったり、まるで自分のアパルトマンの様に過ごすことができました。またオーナーは、滞在中も全ての質問に丁寧に応えてくれてありがたかったです。
傘と掃除機とモップが見えるところに置いてあるのは残念でした。工事中が多いイブリーですが、今後の開発に期待しています。
