Charlotte was super friendly and helped me get settled straight away, and we had some lovely conversations so despite only being there for one night I already felt very comfortable and like I was staying at a friend's house. As for the accommodation itself, it was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and a slightly later check-in was available.

The apartment was in a good location for where I needed to be and it was very clean. The hostess was lovely and the price point was excellent.
I didn’t realise I was booking a room in someone’s flat and sharing their bathroom. Using the kitchen meant walking into their living room. As a solo female traveller, this situation could’ve been uncomfortable for me if the owner was male.

Very private amazing host
I arrived and had to wait in my car for 30mins for the room to be made ready. There was no light bulb which wasn’t found out until late at night when I got in so couldn’t see what I was doing and there was a cigarette hole in the fitted sheet
