Anfitriã solicita, instruções claras, fácil cadastro de biometria para acesso, cortesias abundantes, apartamento limpo e boa localização. Condomínio tem academia, que pode ser usada após cadastro de biometria. Há um mercado bem próximo com boa variedade.
O acesso ao apartamento é feito exclusivamente por trava eletrônica, não havendo trava mecânica adicional o que causa um pouco de preocupação na hora de dormir. O quarto fica do lado do banheiro e o som do banheiro dos apartamentos vizinhos é claramente audível. Apartamento pequeno não recomendado para pessoas largas.

A melhor parte da acomodação sem dúvida foi a recepção da Darc, pois ela é muito atenciosa!
Achei o apartamento muito pequeno, sofá cama bem desconfortável. Achei que faltou deixar saco de lixos e mais cobertores.
