Our experience with this property was deeply disappointing due to the owner's unprofessional and hostile behavior during the checkout process. When an issue arose regarding a missing pot cover—an item we hadn't even used during our stay—we approached the situation reasonably by suggesting the cost simply be deducted from our security deposit to settle the matter fairly. However, instead of a professional resolution, we were met with unnecessary rudeness and a defensive attitude. What was most off-putting was how the owner began listing every favor they had done for us—such as driving us to a shop and to a family member's home—as a way to guilt-trip us and deflect from the issue at hand. It felt as though any previous "kindness" was not offered sincerely, but rather stored as leverage to be used against us the moment a disagreement arose. Being told "you don't appreciate" their help simply because we wanted a professional business transaction regarding the deposit was uncalled for. Bringing up past favors in such a transactional and resentful manner completely soured the experience and made it clear that guest satisfaction is not their genuine priority.

The house was clean with great family vibes, and the host was very accommodating too

第二天住是二次預定 但是homestay負責人非常好溝通 幾乎滿足了我所有疑問以及需求 出現狀況也能及時聯絡到人解決 並解決的非常快

原本預定的這間 晚上回來樓梯處的天花板掉下來 碎片和水到處都是 讓我覺得是不是所有屋子的安全性都是這樣 雖然馬上處理了也換去另一間屋子了但是另一間屋子的廁所有點骯髒 地板也有點粘 但是可以理解 畢竟是突然換屋子 也來不及打掃 但因為這是owner的過失 owner也沒有說賠償什麼/退一些款回來 就道歉而已就沒了~
