リーズナブルな料金でキッチン付きの広い部屋を利用できた。設備は古い印象だがよく掃除されており清潔感はあった。わからないことは質問するとすぐに返事が届いた。洗濯機は共同で、滞在中1回は無料、2回目からは有料だったが1週間程度の滞在なら1回で済んだ。
Wifiは少々帯域が狭いようで、ファイルのダウンロード等は難しかった。電子レンジが部屋内で見つからなかったが、最終日にホールにあるのを見つけた（質問すればよかった）。螺旋階段の3階なので、重い荷物を持っての移動は結構大変かもしれない。周辺に店はなく、駅前まで行く必要がある。
