The property was very clean and well appointed. Very private and quiet.

The villa is in a great location and just a five minute walk away from South Beach. There are also plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The villa was clean on arrival and the property is well equipped. The villa features a small seating area outside. The communication with the host was very good and we received responses promptly.
There was high humidity in the sleeping room and it seems the walls of the the building are wet.

We stayed 10 days House very cute but more suited to short stay as it was small/cosy/compact Dampness was an issue for us due to longer stay - towels didn't dry/and our clothes felt damp Feedback: A full length mirror somewhere would have been handy & some baskets/shelves in front of locked hearth would have been good to put our pantry items (& if microwave was up on a shelf would free up bench space) TV was not connected to free to air/needed to cast
