Stylish 3 bed, minutes to NYC!

Easy to access, plenty of space for all of us, and easy walk to the train station

Some wear and tear in the property but nothing that caused any issues with our stay

L'alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla, in prossimità della fermata dei bus (15 min a piedi). Si accede da una piccola rampa di scale. E' dotato dell'occorrente minimo per poter cucinare, ci sono lenzuola e asciugamani.

There was enough space, and the upstairs felt cozy

Some mold in the washing machine, could have been a bit cleaner, was still good all in all

Location is great, PATH station 10 min away walking, 3 bedrooms are not easy to find in NYC with a decent price. Very easy to get in and get out, communication with the staff excellent. 1 parking lot available based on a first come, first served basis, we were lucky to have it for our stay.

The place really deserves updating and deep cleaning. It is unsafe and scary when a tap on a gas stove is broken and you have difficulties to switch if off. The dishwasher stinks when you open it. The bathroom is in mould. It simply looks like noone really cleans it properly, kitchen cabinets are sticky. The apartment has so much potential, but is so neglected. Trains are literally next to your bedrooms, I wish I put more attention to it when booking, as they are very loud. In reality the lack of cleaness bothered me more than the trains.
