Frenkie was extremely accommodating and helpful. Great group of friendly people running his villas and restaurant. Would recommend both to anyone traveling to Krui and looking for a quiet spot just a short scooter ride from main town. If you’re looking for something a bit nicer and newer, check out Frenkie’s Walur Surf Villa II - just a short ride up the street next to his restaurant (Walur’s Kitchen)
Definitely places available in Krui closer to the surf breaks and local shops, but Frankie’s villas were reasonably priced and well worth the trade off of being closer to town. More suited for the older traveler not needing to be in the middle of everything.

My room was comfortable, clean, and a great location between the waves around Krui. AC was cold. The staff were very helpful and could sort out anything I needed.

It was an amazing stay, Frankie and his wife can help you with a scooter or the taxi to the airport, they are great hosts.
The room has everything you need and gets cleaned quite often which is great. Location is directly at the beach & amazing for surfing either krui or mandiri.
We also loved the cats at the house, they loved to be cuddled and were so friendly!
