Clean and comfy apartment in a characteristic neighborhood of Chatillon

Very clean and comfy, recently renovated apartment in an ancient neighborhood right above central Chatillon, just a few minutes away from the A5 exit and from the road to Valtournenche and Cervinia. Plenty of public parking available nearby. Very kind and welcoming hosts, they provided detailed instructions on how to reach the place, where to park, and how to get the keys. Easy check-in/check out process.

Soluzione

Appartamento pulitissimo e profumato. Zona molto tranquilla. Host super disponibile e cordiale. Spazi comodi per massimo due persone (ho soggiornato solo, ma anche con un'altra persona gli spazi sarebbero stati ok). Possibilità di usare anche spazi esterni con tavolini, sedie e sdraio.

Un po' difficile raggiungere il parcheggio se si ha un'auto molto grande, ma ci si può fare poco. Cucina un po' piccola e poco attrezzata (no forno, ma presente lavastoviglie piccola). Dagli scarichi del bagno usciva un po' di odore, motivo per cui ho preferito tenere i tappi chiusi.

Schön gelegen; Preis-Leistung ist ok, aber kein Überflieger

Per se schöne Lage, auch das Appartment ist per se ok. Zwar nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend. Schlüssel befindet sich in einer Box Für die Anreise schickte uns die Vermieterin Videos zu. Nette Geste, diese sind jedoch nur bedingt hilfreich. Achtung: der Parkplatz entspricht nicht der Hausadresse. Nach der engen Durchfahrt nach links, nicht nach rechts fahren. Zum Haus kommt man dann über einen kleinen Fussweg.

Die Vermieterin haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gesehen. Temperatur bei Ankunft im Appartement war 17 Grad. Keine Einführung wie die Heizung bedient wird (nach telefonischer Rückfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass alles automatisch läuft. Etwas merkwürdiger Geruch im ganzen Appartment, der sich auch durch Lüften nie ganz beseitigen lies. Die Betten empfanden wir als durchschnittlich, hier sind wir von zu Hause aber auch verwöhnt.

ECCEZIONALE 🤩

Innanzitutto partiamo col dire che un profumo inconfondibile emanato probabilmente dal legno che forse è il materiale principale dell'appartamento. Poi diciamo che si nota una cura nella disposizione dell'appartamento e dei vari mobili letto eccetera. La posizione fuori dal balcone offre una vista eccezionale che di primo mattino si esalta. Cucina dotata di forno a induzione lavastoviglie, anticamera dietro la cucina con i bidoni pronti della raccolta differenziata. Bagno con doccia all'avanguardia e moderna, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale dotato pure del famoso TOPPER. In sintesi diciamo che appena entri in questo appartamento rimani a bocca aperta. Zona centrale da cui si raggiungono piu o meno con le stesse tempistiche tutti i punti importanti della Valle D'Aosta. Inutile dire che è un appartameo da cui ho faticato partire. 🥹 Grazie mille alla Signora Carla🫶

Schöne Woche im Aostatal

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, sehr ruhig. Gute grösse für zwei Personen. Gutes Bett im Schlafzimmer, Bad sehr schön. Toller Balkon, und Sitzplatz.

In der Küche fehlt ein Dunstabzug, beim Kochen werden die Gäser alle schmutzig. Und ein besseres Sofa wäre toll.

a 30 min dalle piste una location dall'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo

Tutto, sinceramente non c'è niente che ci abbia fatto "storcere il naso". Interazione con l'host efficiente, comfort idoneo, piacevole anche l'arredo e completa la dotazione ( aspirapolvere, utensili per la cucina, etc... )

Davvero non saprei, eravamo lì per sciare, quindi la casa l'abbiamo vissuta solo di sera, ma non c'è niente che ci abbia lasciato insoddisfatti. l'unica cosa che ho notato, ma che per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, è che persone dalla limitata mobilità si sarebbero trovate un pò in difficoltà, per l'assenza di rampe ed ascensore.
