The cost benefit is definitely very good.
I think that by coincidence, I arrived in Sao Paulo during a very unusual hot wave. So the temperatures were very high. Obviously, if there was an airconditioning unit in the bedroom, it would make a difference. However, I think it is always important to think about the price I paid: extremely cheap in comparison to other properties. So from that viewpoint I should not be. complaining about the lack of A/C.
