Lokacija je dobra jer je 2min peške od centralne ulice tog dela grada, pa je tiho i zeleno. Vlasnica je bila veoma korektna jer je izdala stan na slepo, dok je bila zaglavljena u inostranstvu usled poslednje krize oko Irana itd. Hvala Joj za to! Stan je dvosoban, adaptiran tako da postoji dodatna spavaća niša iza kuhinje, a dnevna soba je sasvim dovoljna za dve osobe, i za sedenje i za spavanje. Stolarija je stara iz perioda Jugoslavije ali nama nije smetalo. Sve ostalo je komformo domaćinski organizovano, iako nije na luksuznom nivou.

Ne mogu pravedno da ocenim, jer je pre nas bio veoma uredan stanar, a vlasnica nije mogla da odradi spremanje, što smo mi prihvatili zbog nedostatka izbora. Bilo je rezervne čiste posteljine da se zameni prethodna, te ne mogu da se požalim, jer imam razumevanja za neuobičajenu situaciju
