The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, it has good parking options and overall very aesthetically pleasing with nice decoration. Overall it is very clean and has everything you'd expect!
I think the only thing that can be a bit challenging is that if you're traveling with kids the staircase can be a bit rough. There is also a lack of closet so if you're traveling with lots of clothes it can be hard to find a space to fit them.

What a gem of an apartment in downtown Dallas! The location is excellent - right by the tollway and I-35. It was easy to get where I needed to go. The apartment has a full parking lot, so I was able to park my car right by the room. No keys and no lock boxes - just a door code. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. And the price? STELLAR! The area was quiet as well. I needed a full kitchen to cook and it had everything.
It's near Love Field, so there are airplanes coming in for landings about every 15 minutes. But I got used to them pretty quickly and could deal with that. What I cannot deal with is neighbors' music or fighting or cops, and this apartment was very quiet.

Excellent location with walking access to the Katy Trail and parks. Airy space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked, even some gym equipment! The host was super responsive for everything! Very comfortable mattress for sleeping and ceiling fan.
Needs renovation and brighter lighting. The loft has very narrow windows so everything stays quite dark in the daytime. As I stayed for an extended period this was disappointing, as I’d use an extra Zoom light for online meetings. Also, there is no place to hang clothes for an extended period of time- only a dresser. Also note that the bed is full size and not a queen bed.
