1) total desinformação da recepção deste condomínio sobre a unidade desconhecendo a reserva e buscando a duras penas a identidade do booking.com, 2) atraso na limpeza (desvinculada da recepção) que só entregou o flat às pressas as 14h30 sem nenhum acompanhamento para verificação de entrega, 3) tv da sala e sanduicheira inoperantes, 4) falta de piso anti derrapante no box do banheiro que tem piso escorregadio, 5) inexistência de luz direta no banheiro para se fazer a barba, 6) grande mancha no tecido do assento do sofá da sala, 7) entrega de apenas uma única chave e não duas por segurança contra perdas pelos hóspedes. 8) Falta de profissionalização de todos os envolvidos na recepção que funciona como mera portaria com total desassistência ao turista
