Neu renoviertes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung und gut funktionierender Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Der Außenbereich ist noch nicht fertig, es gibt viele Pläne für Sitzbereiche und diverse Annehmlichkeiten. Bis dahin kompensiert Mauro die Defizite mit einer entzückenden Präsenz und viel Wissen und Tipps für die Region. Immer per whatsapp erreichbar. Uns fehlte eine Kaffeekanne/Teekanne, die sofort am nächsten Tag gebracht wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Lucca, Pisa und Florenz.
Es gab keine Terrasse mit Schatten, wo man sich aufhalten (z.B. essen) konnte. Das Rondell mit Plane ist klein und einfach nicht akzeptabel. Die Fotos zeigen einen tollen Blick über das Tal, der aber aktuell nicht vom Haus aus einsehbar ist. Leider gab es keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern. Teilweise hat es im "großen" Schlafzimmer etwas gemüffelt. Die zwei Wohnzimmersessel sind sehr ungemütlich.

l'appartamento molto spazioso, pulito ed accogliente, recentemente ristrutturato e curato nei dettagli. Il signor Mauro è stato davvero disponibile e premuroso nel darci consigli e suggerimenti per visitare la zona, sia al momento del check-in che durante il soggiorno. Molto carino lo spazio esterno con il tavolo dove poter ammirare le colline toscane. Consigliatissimo!
