Appartement Bohème Budapest

The apartment is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays. The apartment is conveniently located – close to all the sights, restaurants, and grocery stores. Despite being in a very busy area of ​​the city, it is very quiet. Check-in was very simple and hassle-free and Dorottya is always ready to help. We were absolutely delighted and look forward to staying at the Appartement Bohème again!

Atmospheric old style building in a fabulous location. The common parts are a bit tatty (but I liked the charm of this) but the interior of the apartment is modern and very comfortable. It is BIG - you could live here as your home. Separate kitchen and bathroom plus two large interconnecting rooms with full height doors, high ceilings and a comfy double bed in each. (NB access to bathroom and kitchen from one bedroom is through the other). Younger people and Americans might find the gas cooker worrying (you turn it on in an old fashioned way). The kitchen is very well equipped. Large shower room with washing machine. Close to public transport but easy to walk to main sites. The host was amazing - the best I have encountered. Very speedy responses, checking we were ok and gave helpful suggestions for eating out.

Eccentric lift - again an old fashioned experience. (But more authentic than a corporate musak playing version with numbers on the buttons and a disembodied voice telling you which floor you've reached!)

Central location, very polite and to the point all the suggestion by the host. Highly reccomended

The elevator was off when we arrived and upon departure, however it did not affect our stay
