Aménagement assez moderne .. lieu sécurisé .. lieu agréable et facile d’accès .. rapport qualité prix respecté.. centre ville et commerces à proximité ..même à pieds ..
Le RDC trop près de la route (bruyant) et le stationnement pas toujours évident

L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et équipé.
Il y a un gros problème d'eau chaude qui est extrêmement brûlante, les robinets à peine ouverts, à tel point que de la fumée sort ! C'est d'une grande dangerosité pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Il est nécessaire que le propriétaire règle correctement le ballon d'eau chaude pour éviter les risques de brûlures des locataires.

Belle appartement, intérieur très bien équipé et décoré, avec tous le nécessaire ( sel,poivre,huile, café, thé, produits d'entretien....)
