House of Parliament Ultracentral Apartament self check in

Location was brilliant. We liked the large balcony and the view of Parliament building.

The flat is spacious and the bed in the bedroom is comfy. There are 2 AC units. The view is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. The communication with the host and check-in were ok. The walls are massive so we did not hear any noise from other flats. But the street is quite noisy so I recommend to close the windows at night.

The elevator is small. The water pressure is low. And I got fined for parking in front of the building. As it is hard to notice there are some places reserved for Municipal Police but they are not marked at all, just small blue sign at the end of the street with a sentence in Romanian... And also the balcony is kinda dangerous - low railing so We were afraid that some accident could happen and someone would fall over, especially child etc.

Great location 10 minutes’ walk from the old town, with stunning views over the Parliament building. Apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel.

Purtroppo la pulizia dell’appartamento è decisamente da migliorare. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono asciugati ammassati su uno stendino in bagno e risultano impregnati di un forte odore di umido, che rimane anche sulla pelle. Il tappetino intorno al water aveva un evidente odore di urina. Inoltre, il letto matrimoniale con ogni probabilità non era stato cambiato dopo l’ospite precedente: sollevando il piumone era evidente che qualcuno vi avesse già dormito. Abbiamo quindi provveduto a cambiare noi le lenzuola, sperando che quelle riposte nel ripostiglio fossero pulite. Il montalatte in cucina non era stato chiaramente lavato dopo l’ultimo utilizzo, ne dagli ospiti e ne da chi doveva effettuare la pulizia, quindi lascio immaginare l’odore. Oltre alla vasca che perde e che quindi suggerisco di rivedere, suggerisco anche di segnalare meglio il funzionamento della serratura elettronica per evitare che gli ospiti rimangano fuori (anche attraverso un eventuale messaggio sulla porta).
