Easy and well equipped

Great location and views. Excellent support and communication from the owners throughout. Good internal layout and lovely to breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony. Lovely walk to the shops along the Woodland Walk. Perfect for our short break.
The property is a bit tired and needs a good refit but it is up for sale. Could have used a frying pan.

The view
The apartment wasn't clean we had to clean when we arrived.
The dishwasher was broken.
The radiators were loose / falling off the wall.
The balcony door didn't lock.
The balcony was a horrible place to sit due to the table being unclean and rusty, and the weeds growing amongst the plastic grass.
The bathroom was dirty and mouldy.
The carpet was very stained and dirty.
The wardrobe doors were hanging off.
The furniture was old and stained
The building was falling apart.
We enquired about early check in on Monday after speaking to two people of which neither got back to us.
We have photos to evidence our dissatisfaction.
