L' emplacement du studio : proche du centre ville. La place de parking privative. Le calme de la résidence. Les vidéos du propriétaire nous permettant une bonne installation. La mise à disposition de vélos La déco et la fonctionnalité du studio La mise à disposition du linge de maison La terrasse.
L'absence de "vraies " chaises confortables et d'une "vraie" table : des tabourets sont disponibles pour s'installer prés du plan de travail et une table en bois et chaises en bois de jardin sont disponibles sur la terrasse, mais cela est inconfortable. Le matelas trop mou (mais cela dépend de chacun)

Está muy bien situado por nuestro trabajo.
Hemos estado 2 veces. Es cómodo y amplio. Lo malo es que deberían poner sábanas de mejor calidad y también toallas más nuevas. La última vez las sábanas estaban muy desgastadas y con mucho uso. Las toallas estaban medio rotas. Necesitan cambiar el textil del apartamento
