Beautiful home with all first class furnishings and decor. Every small detail was thought of and the kitchen was so well equipped we could cook a perfect meal without having to buy any spices, oil etc. There was even suncream!

Very well designed and nice property. Very private. Lovely rooms and beds with very good decoration. Great location. Lovely view! Good guidance on how to check in and operate the locks and good recommendations given in the handbook ahead of the stay. Fully stocked pantry with labels was a very nice and appreciated touch.
Quite cold as we couldn’t get any heating out of the AC. Hotel style slippers/robes would be extra special given it was cold and a 5*. The balcony door also didn’t lock which made us feel very uncomfortable! We also couldn’t close the blinds in the main dining kitchen area. Labelling is great but needs updating as there are loads of switches and we couldn’t find the right switch for the lounge fan and the “lounge” remote didn’t do anything. Great offering of facilities, like the grand BBQ, but we barely used them as we didn’t have time to clean them in our 19 hour stay - for a one night the cleaning fee could cover the BBQ and fire pit. The same for the trash, we were forced to put it in the outside bin too which is a bit much for a stay with $400 cleaning fee (and again, even for just a night)- not a 5* experience where you can relax that everything is done for you. It felt like we were taking care of someone’s house while they were away and not actually enjoying a luxury stay, as you would in any other luxury accommodation - which for this price tag is actually highly unexpected. Perhaps, be more flexible when guests are staying for less than 3 nights as it would elevate the experience to match the price we actually paid for the stay. Or perhaps find another cleaner as $400 dollars for a 3 hour job is much higher than Sydney standards!
