clean and tidy place. yes, comfortable to stay. very near to shops especially restaurants.

This homestay didn't provide drying rack, knife, hand towel, kain lap when we arrived there. The host finally provided what we needed. Sometimes, the staff was slow to make response, especially QR and refund issue.

- The house is new, very very clean and everything works well. - They provide towels, shampoo, soap, dish soap, utensils, kettle, pot, induction cooker, floor mats, extra toilet rolls, extra garbage bags. - The contact personnel is very responsive and was able to generate additional QR codes within 40mins for the cars of our guests as we didn’t realise that each vehicle requires their own separate QR code. - The guard house is strict with checking entry/exit QR codes and drives around the compound regularly so we felt safe in the gated community. - The house is 5-15 mins drive from Toppen Mall, IKEA, Aeon Tebrau Mall which have good shopping, kids indoor playgrounds, massage, etc. - A billards/pool table is provided in the living room which was fun to play with. - Netflix on the TV worked well. - They were kind enough to give us check out time extension of 30 mins. - Within the gated compounds, there is a basketball court and a playground.

- The main door needed to stay closed and locked to ensure the electricity stays on. It was a slight hassle when someone was going in or out of the house to load/unload or swim. - The pool is smaller than it appears in the photos. Probably 1.5-2m x 3-4m. - Internet was weak. Could not connect well to it in the bedrooms.

There are many restaurants nearby,it’s no problem to take a car to have breakfast .

The accommodation did not provide microwave and knife.
