The apartment was very nice and in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shops right out side your door. Supermarkets also close by. Very response and clear communication from Susanne. The location is about a 25 min walk in to the city center but lots to see along the way.

Everything was lovely although there were a few issues with figuring out the lights. The property does offer a washing machine and dryer but it’s not in the apartment, it’s in the complex basement.

Comfortable space, quiet at nighttime, great location, friendly & helpful staff.

The location was excellent — close to the metro and major attractions, while also being situated on a lively and charming street. There were lovely cafés and design shops nearby, and on the day we left there was even a second-hand market on the street, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very clean. We did not experience any hygiene or cleanliness issues during our stay. The towels and bed linens were clean and sufficient. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of tea, coffee, dishwashing detergent, and other essentials provided. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere. The soft lighting and candles created a true hygge feeling, and we really enjoyed spending time in the spacious and beautiful apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this property.

The Booking.com description stated that there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. However, there were no machines inside the apartment. We sent a message through Booking.com asking where they were located, but received a reply two days later, on the day of our departure. We then learned that the machines were located in the basement. If this is the case, the property description on Booking.com should be updated. Alternatively, the guest information page accessed via QR code could include details about the laundry facilities, their location, and how to use them. The shower floor was quite slippery, which made us feel a little uncomfortable while showering. It would also be helpful to add a shelf inside the shower for shampoo and toiletries. We were also very careful around the beautiful glass bedside lamps. The interior design is lovely, but it would be quite easy to bump your head on them when getting up in the morning! 😊 There were also a few minor maintenance issues here and there, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

The location was perfect

The wifi didn't work most of the time, even though we contacted the host. It was never really resolved. The property was advertised as having laundry. Which it did, but was located in a dark, dank basement. And the washing machine did not turn on. We were left with dirty clothes for the remainder of our trip.
