Loved the property style, decor was very cozy, location and the warm welcome by the staff. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Would have loved to have rigag.

Some rooms had the fancy mirror, which our room didn't have. Would have loved to have it to take pictures and get ready in front of it. The bathroom mirror was the only mirror I could use. Hence, the rating 9. Location was not clear from google maps, so the team had shared a video and very prompt in responding and helping.

Clean and comfortable; location is just in the heart of old Nizwa.

There was no towel in the room; and the complimentary waters were just small size, not enough for summer. The breakfast was quite poor and food hygiene was not considered enough; all foods were open, no protection on them. Due to an incident on the road from Haima to Nizwa, we could arrive very late to the hotel; however the gentlemen at the front desk was more sleepy and exhausted comparing to us. It took over 10 minutes for him to complete the check-in and I personally didn't like this experience.
