Great location, friendly neighborhood, very comfortable, walkable to public transit, updated/renovated everything, even a few extra amenities: grill, mini golf, horseshoe toss, spacious backyard, security. So much more than I could ask for. And the host was absolutely wonderful, easy to contact with very prompt responses, he even provided a digital pamphlet with clear information, spots to eat nearby and tour, numbers for any emergency, etc.
That I cant sign a lease for a year lol 😄

Neighborhood didn’t give good vibes. Bed spread had stains. Several utensils were dirty.
Back door was unlocked.
