The location and general appearance and state of the property and amenities were great!
Upon reaching the home, it was very, very difficult to park a suburban and a silverado between the posts of the carport. A little sketchy. Upon entering the home there was not a very clean feel. It was tidy and arranged well, but there was grease/ dust on the stove vent/ microwave, and in general, over all of the doors and ledges around the entire home. There was also a large stain on the main floor bedroom blanket and a pillow on the first floor had a stain on it as well. The duster on the main floor bedroom was ripped. Also, I'm not sure if I missed it in the listing or it was not mentioned, but there were 2 very steep flights of stairs that had no doors top or bottom so we had to go out and buy a gate to keep the toddler from breaking his neck. I might have not chosen this space had I known ahead of time that that's what the situation would be. Again, that might be an oversight on my part but I don't see that in the listing anywhere.

How close to the beach the townhouse was the pool was amazing. The beach where we were was not crowded at all there was plenty of room to put out your stuff and enjoy the beach.plenty of room for everyone.
The beds were a little hard. And a lot of steep steps. I didn't know it was 3 floors the kids were on the top floor.
