Hard to get in and out of the bed. The towels smelled as soon as they got wet and were quite old.

La proximité avec la plage et le centreville, le balcon Orienté vers la mer. Les fauteuils très confortables. L'ascenseur. Le lit n'est pas facile d'accès mais il est confortable (attention il y a 3 marches pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). La place handicap devant le bâtiment. (Il y a une marche pour accéder au hall de l'immeuble.) Les voisins du bâtiment qui m'ont aidé quand le digicode est tombé en panne.
La décoration n'est plus très fraîche, certaines parties méritent d'être repeintes comme la porte de machine à laver le linge, les caissons en dessous du lit. Le local à vélo qui n'est pas accessible à la location alors qu'il existe bel et bien dans la propriété.
