Holiday Home La Montagna - Private Heated Pool

The location of this holiday home is perfect. High on the mountain you do not only have a perfect view across the sea and islands but are also shielded from the busy noises of civilization. Yet, no comprise on comfort. My kids sincerely enjoyed the salt water pool. A beach is also nearby and can be easily reached by car. The house is so well equipped with everything you may need that no wishes remain open. I also made use of the opportunity to do laundry thus avoiding the need to bring heaps of clothing for a longer stay. The house would also be perfect for workation. You have a decent internet connection (optical fibre) and a desk in each room. Every room has also air condition. I particularly valued the choice of materials inside and outside the house. Very high quality and perfectly matched to each other. This in combination with meticulous cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. The Berekin restaurant is close by and we enjoyed dinner there a couple of times. A broader selection of restaurants can be found in Omis which is easily reached by car within approx. 15 minutes. I can highly recommend embarking on a canyoning and/or rafting trip on the nearby Cetina river. I did this with my kids through Rafting Pirate. Last but not least I want to commend our host on his hospitality. It is the small gestures (some of them not so small...) that make you feel very welcomed as a guest. Now back at home, my feet long for the touch of the marvelous stone and my mind for the peace you have on the roof top terrace. We will definitely come back.

The four of us completely enjoyed our time a LaMontagna! It was the highlight of our 21 day European trip. The owner met us at check in and was so friendly and helpful. The home is beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the location, the amazing view, the heated pool and all of the amenities. It is the perfect place to discover the Dalmatian coast. There is also a wonderful family owned restaurant near by called Berekin. The owner introduced us and form then on we were treated like family. We ate the multiple times!

I can think of no negative comments or suggestions.

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft! Wir hatten zu Beginn ein Haus ohne Pool gebucht, und waren natürlich überrascht, als wir dann einen Pool vorfanden. Der Vermieter Goran ist ein super netter Mensch, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen. Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig schön, die Ausstattung ist gehoben und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und wir wurden mit einer typischen Vorspeisenplatte und kühlen Getränken empfangen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und die verschiedenen Plätze am Haus, um sich entspannen zu können oder abzuschalten waren perfekt! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem weiterempfehlen!!!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Die Fahrt zum Haus war am Anfang etwas ungewohnt für uns, aber nach dem 3. Mal kennt man jeden Winkel :-)
