The view from the apartment is beautiful better than the photos !

Whilst the apartment was great the service and organisation really lacked. On arrival we couldn’t check in as a member of staff needed to be there or reception wouldn’t allow us to check in. This was resolved after waiting 25 minutes. After this we find the apartment wasn’t equipped for our baby as requested . No cot or high chair. No chair was one thing but no cot ment we had to share a bed with our baby, making bedtimes a struggle and unsafe. The cot never arrived for the time we stayed which was disappointing as we was told it would be there the following day. Because of this we had to go to bed early or run the risk of our baby rolling off the bed.

The view is by far the best thing about this place - truly spectacular and impossible to forget. The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious, well laid out, and very comfortable, making it suitable even for a longer stay. There are great built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, and the apartment, especially the kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you might need. And back to the highlight - the view is simply unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

There are very few negatives. Unfortunately, the check-in process took much longer than expected and was poorly coordinated. Even though I had sent all required details (passports, guest information) several days in advance and confirmed my arrival time, when I arrived at the building I was not allowed to enter because my name was not on the access list and there was no notification that I was arriving. The host had provided self check-in instructions, but without building access approval, I was unable to enter the apartment. The entire check-in situation took over two hours to resolve, during which I was waiting with a child after a long day of travel, which was quite exhausting. Additionally, the apartment is located on the 40th floor, and since one of the elevators was not working, we occasionally had to wait much longer than expected for an elevator. There is also no luggage room available for storing bags if you have time between check-out and your flight.

The apartment is very clean and modern, and the view from the balcony is to die for. But I want to mention the service and promptness of the staff. We forgot some jackets in the apartment, and they send it to a location for us to pick them up. Can’t recomand the accommodation enough, do yourself a favor and just book it.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Dubai Mall. The balcony view is a 10/10, we watched the fountain show multiple times. The apartment is well equipped, we had a very comfortable stay

The management was a hot mess. Think twice before booking. Before arrival, they sent a link requesting passport info and an advance security deposit. Despite multiple attempts, the payment didn't go through. We agreed to handle the payment and handover the keys in person at check-in, but the representative was 40 minutes late ("I'm on the way!") and then informed us they could not make it at all, sending only a door code instead. No parking instructions were provided. I had to leave my parents waiting in the car for over 40 minutes. When parking details were finally given, the assigned space was totally wrong. The next morning, we found a threatening note glued to the windshield. Apparently, the slot belongs to another tenant, and they were furious that we took over their spot. Building security was unhelpful and just...purely lazy. Instead of getting up and opening the door for us, he's on his phone the entire time, even after he saw us behind the door. I also witnessed him behaving rudely towards some cleaners and a delivery person. Communication from management was extremely slow, even on WhatsApp. Overall, the experience was exhausting, especially while traveling with my parents.
