The location of the cabin was great, in the middle of nature, and the cabin was well equipped. we watched sea eagles and other birds with binoculars and went on several hiking trails.

The owner of the cabin was not attentive to the booking calendar and when we went to the cabin at the agreed time, the doors were locked. The owner did not answer our calls and messages. Couple of hours later it turned out that the owner's friends had stayed in the cabin and they thought we would not arrive until the next day. They did a quick cleaning and left us the fish they caught as compensation, Thanks so much for that.🙏 Because of the confusion, we only got to the cabin 4 hours later than agreed and had to wait outside the cabin with a 2-year-old child (There aren’t any public indoor spaces in Nykvåg) The owner of the cabin never answered the phone, and did not apologize, and we did not receive monetary compensation for the fact that we did not get to the cabin until late at night.
