    The Stay was Amazing and Hospitality was superb. The Manager mr. Sandeep Gupta helped us a lot what to visit and how to visit. And staff is very active. As we reach late at approximately 11:00 pm but they treat us very well . I highly recommend this hotel for families . Washroom are also clean as i travel a lot . In some places rooms are good but washrooms are ok . But here all good . I recommend to book premium rooms because this room have balcony in it .

    The hotel location is not in a main road and there’s a market that makes the traffic even worst. I spent 20 mins just to wait my Aircon to turn on and the guys can’t really speak English. They dont provide aminities except handsoap. The only good thing is they have an elevator.

    I recently stayed at Hotel Govindam Royal for 2 nights with my family, including my 6-year-old child, and it was a terrible experience. ​First, the room was incredibly small and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It is absolutely not worth the price they are charging. Cleanliness was completely ignored—the bed, bedspread, and bedsheets were covered in dirty stains. I had to follow up multiple times to get this addressed, and the staff didn't care at all. I eventually had to get into an argument with them just to get basic service. The caretaker was the worst and never once answered the intercom when we tried to reach the reception. ​The most alarming issue, however, was the safety hazard in the bathroom. The geyser was not working and was left open, , but the management showed zero care or urgency to fix it. ​They clearly do not care about customer service or guest safety. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with a family.
