Small, well designed modern studio apartment just off via Merulana, convenient to shops, restaurants, & Santa Maria Maggiore. Many power outlets for charging. Door from the hallway opens to a small vestibule w/ entry doors to 2 rental apartments. Neither door is marked, so we tried to unlock both doors with our keys to figure out which was the apartment we had rented. Luckily no one was in the other apartment or they might have become concerned. CLEARLY marking the apartments would solve this problem. However, the larger issue is that there is a white knob deadbolt in the hallway door that cannot be unlocked from the hallway. So it is possible that the renters in one apartment can deadbolt the hallway door and prevent the renters of the other apartment from gaining access. We had this happen while we were at the apartment - luckily the other renters answered the doorbell and unlocked the deadbolt but if they had been asleep or chose to ignore the doorbell, we would have been locked out. Electric stovetop uses induction and a small MOKA coffee provided pot does not have the correct coating on the base to function on an induction stovetop. Two bed pillows provided but two more would create more comfort. A small fan would be nice since there is only one window. Well outfitted bathroom,but no ledge or shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. which is a hazard.
