A haven in the tranquil Engenho D'Água, with the conveniences of being close to the center of Ilhabela, yet fully integrated with nature and offering sea and mountain views. Ideal for 10 people. Surrounded by native trees and visited by toucans, marmosets, and parrots. There are 3 internal suites with air conditioning and a Guest House with 2 bedrooms. Living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area is a show in itself, with a swimming pool, garden, gourmet space, and fire pit. Your pet is welcome!

- Prime location in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Engenho D'Água, a central and upscale area of Ilhabela, but with the added advantage of being surrounded by the lush and preserved Atlantic Forest;
- The house is fully integrated with the local nature, being surrounded by native trees and frequently visited by various wild animals, such as toucans, marmosets, parrots, tanagers, and thrushes, which provides a memorable experience;
- The outdoor area is incredible and features a spacious and well-furnished gourmet area with a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven and a guest bathroom, as well as a garden, swimming pool, ocean and mountain views, outdoor fire pit, swing and hammock;
The interior of the house is comfortable, with air conditioning throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are integrated;
- Wi-fi and a TV room with a Smart TV with access to Netflix;
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, water filter, dishwasher, blender, toaster, dishes, cutlery and other utensils that will ensure great comfort during your stay;
- There are 3 internal suites, all with air conditioning, complete linens, blankets and comforters, in the following configuration:
Suite 1 - 1 king-size bed, open wardrobe, sea view and whirlpool tub;
Suite 2 - 1 king-size bed, open wardrobe, garden view and small bathtub;
Suite 3 - 1 queen-size bed, open wardrobe, garden view and small bathtub.
- In the outdoor area there is a Guest House with 2 bedrooms, both with fans, complete linens, blankets and comforters, in the following configuration:
Bedroom 1 - 1 king-size bed, convertible to 2 single beds;
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, convertible to 1 king bed.
They both share a full bathroom.
Two covered parking spaces and two uncovered spaces will be available.
**The house has a cleaning lady who will be responsible for cleaning the premises during business hours (8 am to 3 pm). The cost is already included in the daily rate.**
The house is kid-friendly and offers screen protection on the balcony, a portable crib, safety rails for beds, a high chair for meals, large toys (rocking horse and tent), and a pool float.
