Ground floor:
You will enter our house into our new fully equipped kitchen with the breakfast table and a lovely picturesque window opening onto the garden.
Also on the ground floor is the lounge room with a large double fold out bed with a extra comfy mattress and new double glazed window.
1st floor:
Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom room with a super king bed, built in wardrobe and a new double glazed window which gets the afternoon western sun and looks down over The Croft.
Off the landing is also a (very cosy) space with an elevated single bunk bed. (only suitable for children under 8) (Please enquire about this space before booking as it is only suitable for children)
The newly renovated bathroom, also on the 2nd floor, offers a large walk-in shower complete with rainwater shower head.
Garden:
The courtyard offers an outdoor dining setting and provides the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and an aperitive in the afternoons.
Hungerford is centrally located and only 4 miles off the M4 (Junction 14):

Parking is available on the Croft and in the area designated for Residents only 20m from the Cottage.
The Cottage is only a 5min walk from the Hungerford train station which offers a direct service from Paddington, London.
