Summary:
Casa Zorro is a spacious 2,300 sq ft private home located just one block from the beach and a short walk to town square. This three-level house features balconies on every floor and a covered rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean, marina, and mountain views. Enjoy a pool in the backyard, high-speed wifi, a full kitchen, and covered rooftop with grill, and 2 paddleboards.
The Space:
This expansive 2300 square foot home is spread across three levels and designed for comfort and functionality. The master bedroom features a plush king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed (with a double and a single mattress), comfortably accommodating up to five adults or four adults and two children. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet throughout the home with dedicated routers on every floor. Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a saltwater pool with a swim-up bar, an outdoor shower, and a rooftop terrace with a propane grill and dining area with stunning views of the marina. Adventure essentials––including 2 paddleboards, beach chairs, and a large cooler––are provided for your trips to the beach, just 1 block away. We also provide everything you need for 1 week's worth of essentials (water, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.). Please note that the pool and rooftop areas are shared with a small studio apartment on the property, though a full private buyout option is available upon request.
Guest Access:
You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, featuring three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining areas. The swimming pool, rooftop terrace, garage and laundry are shared with a small studio apartment on the premises, which hosts a maximum of two guests (or inquire about booking the studio for a fully private experience!).
Access is seamless and secure thanks to our smart lock system on both entry doors; you will be provided with a unique code, eliminating the need for keys during your stay. This makes trips to the beach, located just one block away, incredibly easy. We kindly ask that all guests respect our quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
The Neighborhood:
The town is very safe and walkable. It is mainly residential neighborhoods, the marina/fish market area, and the town center/square. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and markets. There are often events happening around town including live music at local bars, movie night at the marina, and food events in the town square.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from your location. The house is within walking distance of the beach, the local marina, the fish market and the town center, making it convenient to explore on foot. If walking is a challenge, golf carts are available for rent nearby. Uber and local taxis are affordable and reliable options for airport transfers or trips to neighboring towns. If you plan to explore the wider Banderas Bay area, the bus is within a 5-minute walk, but renting a car is also great choice, and you will have full access to our secure garage parking throughout your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and check-out is 11:00am (but it's possible these can be flexible if needed). We welcome families with children or infants. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The use of stairs is required to enter/use the house. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property and events are not allowed. We ask that you respect our general quiet hours, from 10pm-8am. Free garage and street parking is available for your convenience. The house is located 1 block from a quiet beach and the marina. It's a 4-minute walk into the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood, but we do have to mention that streets are mostly cobblestone and have been challenging to those with strollers/wagons for very young children. A golf cart rental may be suggested if you have mobility issues or tiny children to cart with you.
