The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.

For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.
Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

The property is just as advertised. The only issue we had was the beds. They were horrible.

We enjoyed this property. It was as advertised, clean, well equipped, comfortable. The owner responded quickly to communications. Close to the beach- great for early morning walks and shell searching. Also the perfect place for a marriage proposal for our granddaughter and her future husband. An amazing property and an amazing time was had by all. Thank you so very much.
