About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxing. There is plenty of space for everyone at West Side Manor. Whether it’s lounging in the family room with it vaulted ceilings and cozy beams, entertaining in the huge finished basement complete with TV, Pool Table and a bar, relaxing on the 3 seasons room, or hiding away in one of the 5 bedrooms, we know you will find what you are looking for. All just 5 minutes from downtown Hamilton and Spooky Nook.

3. If you unlock it, lock it.
4. If you break it, fix it.
5. If you cannot fix it, contact us right way.
6. If you borrow it, return it.
7. If you use it, take care of it.
8. if you make a mess, clean it up.
9. If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission.
10. If you don't know how to operate it, ask us or don't use it.
11. NO SMOKING. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
12. LIMIT NOISE: Please keep the noise to a minimum and be considerate of your neighbors.
13. AVOID DAMAGE: Please treat our belongings appropriately, we will charge your for damage.
14. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Absolutely no illegal activity in any way will be tolerated.

When my father passed, my adult daughters, grand daughter, my wife and I came in to town for a few days. Since there was other family and friends traveling to the city, we wanted a central place where everyone could hang out between events and to spend time catching up. This place was perfect for this.

We had an amazing weekend and LOVED the house - there was more than enough space for 2 couples.
The lower level felt like its own apartment. The 4 of us will definitely return when we’re in the area
