Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with mountain views, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, deck, grill, and full size washer and dryer. 1014 Empire Ave is in walking distance to the lifts at the base of PCMR, The Town Lift and all Main Street has to offer with Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. It is also just a quick 10 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. This makes this unit the perfect spot.

The space
1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023. It is perfect for families or friends. There are two units. This is the listing for unit 2. Unit 2 is on two floors with the living and kitchen area being on the entry level. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the outside hot tub.. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds with a shared bath. Unit 1 is also available for rent.

Guest access
The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots. Take advantage of the ski racks and boot and glove warmers when you come in from a long day of skiing. There are three shared outside parking spaces. No street parking during the winter ski season.

Great place. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded in a timely manner. They made everything very easy for our group. Rented both units and it worked out perfect. Thank you!

We loved this property! It accommodated our 2 families of 4 perfectly. Situated between the Park City resort base area (8 min walk) and Main Street shops and restaurants (7 min walk) the location is perfect!
