Gorgeous, fully renovated 1,568 sq ft beach cottage that sits directly on the golf course with a beautiful view and fully glass sunporch which stretches the width of the house. With brand new furniture, a spacious sunroom, a ping pong table, a grill, walk to the beach and pool, and amenity cards included, there’s no doubt that the entire family will love this home. Indoor and outdoor pools, Beach club, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and more! No pets and no smoking. Max 6 guests. Min 4 nights.

The Seabrook Island Club allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. This property comes with complimentary access to the Beach Club and Lake House. All other activities are an additional cost. Towel charges will appear on your Amenity Card statement at the end of your vacation. The towels are microchipped, so please return them by closing time to avoid a $30 fee per towel. Daily rate $5.00/Towel, Up to 3 Days $50.00 Max., Up to 7 Days $80.00 Max, and Complimentary on Saturdays
To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked. Additionally, gate passes for each vehicle will be required at no extra cost after your reservation is booked.
One thing to note -- We require that all renters sign a lease and provide a refundable security deposit for our own peace of mind.

This was the cleanest and most accommodating property our family has stayed in. It was roomy, very quiet and close to the pools and beaches. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Great place - tastefully remodeled and comfortable. Owner's attention to detail was the difference - comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, nice towels and really well stocked with TP, paper towels, bottled water, and all the items you usually have to go buy on arrival - like coffee filters. They nail it.

We had the best time! The island is magical and staying at Palmetto Breeze made our stay fabulous. The home owner was so easy to work with and the home had everything! So sell stocked, relaxing and they thought of everything a vacationer would need. There were 6 adults and there were plenty of spaces to relax, visit, play games and eat. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra towels (no one has ever left extra towels in previous rentals). The kitchen was well stocked and the location on the lsland was convenient and very central. We rented bikes and were able to ride to pool gym and beach.

The cleanliness was absolutely unparalleled—every inch sparkled, making it feel like we were walking into a brand-new space. It’s hands-down the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced, setting the stage for a truly luxurious getaway.The glass-enclosed porch was a dream, offering a cozy and inviting haven for relaxing and gathering with family. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee or sharing evening laughs, it quickly became our favorite spot to create memories. The thoughtful amenities elevated the experience even further—water bottles, craft soaps, and lotions added such a pampering touch, while the kitchen was a chef’s delight, fully equipped with top-quality utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking a breeze.This home is a gem, blending pristine cleanliness, thoughtful conveniences, and a warm, functional layout.
