Beautiful spacious home with windows in every room. 8’x20’ screened in porch for you to embrace nature, feels like you’re living in another time. No hustle-bustle this area is rich with history. Homes only neighborhood with private community boat ramp ( launch your boat & park your trailer in RV port) home has 180’ boat dock! Views to die for!

1/4 mile up river is Renegades on the St Johns which offers: dockage, tiki bar with top notch live music, large restaurant, and rentals: jet ski's, boats, and more
If you are looking for an outing St. Augustine is a wonderful town only an hour drive, lots of restaurants, shopping and is a historical area, lots to do :)
Ormond Beach is 40 minute drive
Daytona Beach is a hour and 5 minute drive

Beautiful location. House is recently remodeled and furnished with all the small things that are needed.

The house has been newly remodeled inside. It is clean and comfortable. The owner had set it up with all the small things that you need, especially for the first night. Thanks for the coffee and filters. I had one small issue and the owner responded and resolved it.
