Escape to this beautiful oceanfront cottage — the perfect beach getaway with 5 bedrooms, 1 bonus room and 4.5 baths. The layout offers ample space, featuring the following sleeping arrangements: K•K•Q•2D•B,D•B,D.
Ground Level
Game Room: Kick back in the game room, complete with a pool table for friendly competition. Relax in the cozy sitting area with a TV and daybed (single with trundle).
Bonus Room: This level also includes a bonus room with a double bed and a bunk bed
There is a shared full bathroom in the hall, equipped with a tub/shower.
Middle Level
The open floor plan of the main living area is both spacious and welcoming.
Kitchen: Recently renovated, the kitchen offers all the modern amenities needed to whip up your favorite meal, including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
Dining Area: Enjoy stunning views of the beach while sharing meals with family and friends at the dining room table (seats 10). Additional seating for 3 is available at the kitchen bar.
Living Room: Create memories with family and friends in the beautifully appointed living room. A convenient wet bar, complete with an ice maker, ensures refreshing drinks are always at hand.
Note: Current pictures were taken prior to removal of fireplace at the end of last season.
Sunroom: For ultimate relaxation, the oceanfront sunroom is fully enclosed in glass, allowing you to take in breathtaking views.
Master Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on this level is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, private sitting area, TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

The top floor features four additional bedrooms.

Two full bathrooms with tub/showers are accessible from the hallway, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer is available for added convenience.

The outdoor deck, furnished with chaise lounges, rocking chairs, and a picnic table with an umbrella, is an ideal spot for dining al fresco or soaking up the sun.
Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a charcoal grill, perfect for summer cookouts.
