Charming Basement Private Suite in Bonnie Doon. Just renovated!

The guys loved the place. Did not get any issues.

The rating of 3 stars was mainly because the property is brand new. Its generally a good property for location, everything is brand new, bathrooms and bedrooms are modern and clean, showers are great, washer dryer works well. Garage and parking adequate. Generally comfortable. The yard is very small and poorly maintained, the whole property is weeds and dirt at this point. The kitchen was generally functional, all appliances work fine, but was very poorly supplied if you wanted to cook your meals there (we were a family of five, there was only a basic, throw-together collection of dishes for 4), few pots, everything supplied in the kitchen looked to be third hand or purchased at a garage sale and just thrown in there, some broken stuff. We had to buy stuff to supplement from the local dollar store. Also there were only 5 towels supplied for the whole house, no replacements. Would I stay here again? Maybe, the price was reasonable. If you're planning to just sleep here and eat out, its an adequate facility. If you're planning to live here for a few days and cook your meals and your family is 5 or greater, I would NOT recommend this property until they improve kitchen and towel supplies. That part was annoying, but its kind of like camping, you adapt. But should you have to?
