The resort outdoor pool and hot tub are currently closed and undergoing renovations. The outdoor pool is scheduled to reopen May 1, 2025 and the hot tub will reopen on Jun. 1, 2025. During this time, noise, dust , odor and work crew onsite may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
The resort will be undergoing construction from Aug. 2, 2025 through Oct. 30, 2025. During this time, noise, dust, odor and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subjected to change.
Parking is free (no valet parking available).
The nearest grocery store is five miles from the resort.
A vehicle is recommended to enjoy the area.
Buildings 10 and 11 do not have elevators. Please be aware 3 bedroom lock-off suites are located in Building 10 and 11.
A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

No Hot Chocolate in the room. Said it be 3 weeks before getting any. I dont drink coffee so it been nice to have another option other than coffee. Also wish there was a shuttle that could of took us to the Opry down the road. Love the food truck option there. All in all, it was a great stay.

Love the location of this. Has plenty to do around it, but without the hustle of downtown. Quick ride to downtown, or you can take the shuttle. Room was nice, we got upgraded to a double room. Loved having the full kitchen and amenities.
The only downside, which we knew going in, was that it's a timeshare type place. When you first check in, they bombard you with trying to do the 90 min presentation. We were actually interested so had no problem signing up for this, however we had no intention of throwing money down that day. We told them we were interested, but because it's a big purchase we needed time. They did not like this. It went from pleasant with the first person, then a little more pushy with the 2nd person, then downright rude and sarcastic with the woman at our "exit interview". We kept saying, it was great, we were interested but needed some time to talk it over but by the time we walked out of there, they had UNSOLD us.
The stay was great, the place was great, but that part definitely left a sour taste. I would stay there again as a guest, but upfront would decline the presentation.
