About this cottage rental
Amazing location for all seasons - enjoy long lake views from the firepit or cabana in summer or only 10 minutes to Mt. Sunapee to ski! Adorable cottage completely updated with heated floors in the bathroom and modern kitchen with granite counters. Perfect for family and friends to enjoy all that the Sunapee area has to offer in all seasons!
Note: LARGE rate discount if you rent for the month of March. It is a great time at Mt. Sunapee with lots of fun events and spring skiing. Message if interested to discuss.
Enter the cottage into the updated kitchen with skylights and granite counters. The combined living and dining area has 2 huge bay windows to look out at the lake and a large TV to watch movies or football. Fast fiber optic wi-fi for remote work and/or family needs.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king sized bed, a built in dresser and closet. The bathroom has heated floors with a combination bathtub/shower and good sized vanity with drawer storage.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both have double beds with a single trundle bed, as well as an adorable built-in twin sleeping nook. Both rooms have wall-mounted TV's and Dyson fans/heaters. The bedrooms are separated by a pocket door and you need to walk through Bedroom 1 to access Bedroom 2.
Includes lots of outdoor seating (dining, couch and firepit, hammock), 2 docks, cabana, outdoor shower, gas grill, kayaks, paddle board and board games. Located in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful for walking. Best suited for families.
Relax at the cottage or explore the area with local hiking/skiing, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Close to Mt. Sunapee, Sunapee Harbor and New London. In winter, ski at Mt. Sunapee or go sledding at the local hill. Note: In winter due to snow piles, we can only have 1 car parked next to the cottage and it is suggested that you have 4 wheel drive or snow tires due to a steep driveway. We do have an upper parking area for 2 extra cars, but guests will need to walk down driveway to access the cottage.

Perfect and relaxing. Everything that you could need was available. Was a perfect scenery for us to get away from our normal hectic lives. We can wait to get back to the lake.

We were celebrating our anniversary and stayed only 4 nights. The place is great! If you don’t like stairs, not the place for you, lots of them to get down to the water, but we loved it & the view! The weather wasn’t perfect, but we made do. All the amenities are as described and lots of extras! We will definitely be back sometime I hope! Thanks for everything! Cindy & Joe

My husband and I have stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and this is by far one of our favorites. The view of the lake simply can’t be beat. The cottage is immaculate with a well-stocked kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. Skiing is just five minutes away as are several great dining options. The owner is friendly and communicative. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home which had everything we needed (probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental) and truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful lake views and mount Sunapee was a 5 min drive. Lysanne was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!
