The home is 1 mile away from Silver Dollar City and includes 2 kids' bunk rooms, expansive back decks to enjoy the lake views, hot tub, arcade games, and a convenient location to get to the Branson Strip and Silver Dollar City. Also includes access to the heated indoor community pool, outdoor pool with slide + kiddie pool, playground, clubhouse, and fitness center.

-> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
-> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the back deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available under the kitchen sink and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Please do not remove the chlorine floater from the tub as this helps maintain cleanliness. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use.
-> TRASH INFO: Community dumpsters are located on the corner of Cindy Ln and CJ Perme Expy + additional dumpsters on Meadow Hills Ln. Please be sure to bag all trash and take to any of these community dumpsters. Do NOT leave any trash on the front porches or back decks as this will invite unwanted pests. A small trash bin is kept on the front porch for temporary trash storage and used to transport bagged trash to the community dumpsters. Refer to the Guidebook for more info.
The Booking Guest must be at least 22 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.
Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 people for this property.

We chose this location to be able to have room to just be. We never left the property once we arrived, except to pick up some basic spices at the convenient store up the road. We relaxed and talked about next steps as educators and where we go from here.

Our family of 18 adults and 8 children stayed in this home for our annual Branson family trip! It was perfect and had plenty of room for all of us! The view was awesome and we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the back balcony! The kids loved the hot tub and it was convenient for us to watch them! We would definitely love to stay here again!!
