About this apartment rental
The building is an old townhouse divided into two apartments. Double glazing and sound insulation ensure real tranquility. The first bedroom has a large Queen size bed (160*200) with a smart TV and a dressing table.
The second bedroom has a double bed + a single bed and a dressing room at your disposal so that you can store all your belongings.
The two bedrooms are adjoined.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
Beds and cleaning are done before your arrival, all household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels and dish towels.
In the living room, you have a programmable pellet stove. Its maintenance and filling will be done by ourselves.
The accommodation we are putting is not a place for parties. Don't forget that the neighborhood lives there all year round and likes its tranquility. In order to respect the neighborhood, please do not shout, do not turn on the music too loudly, do not slam the doors and be silent in the hallway.
It is also very important to stop all noise pollution after 10 p.m.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
Access to the apartment is reserved ONLY for the people mentioned on the reservation (unless previously agreed by us, failure to comply with this rule ends the reservation immediately)
We thank you in advance for your understanding and for the proper application of this regulation.
Sometimes it is possible to make a late check-out depending on the arrival time of the next guest.
