It is located in the town of Sainte Anne, its location will allow you to walk (20 minutes) to the beach of the commune, to stroll to the craft market or to buy your fruit and vegetables on the local market along the beach.
The villa offers a nice view of the vegetation and the sea.
The house is composed of a master suite equipped with a 180x200 bed.
The bed is in the center of the room and faces the pool. On the left side of the bed, you will have a shower room with a toilet and on the right side a dressing room with a large mirror.
The second bedroom has a 160x200 bed, it also gives access to the terrace and its swimming pool. It has a closet with a wardrobe.
The third bedroom is similar to the second except that it is at the back of the house.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have a large bathroom with a toilet. You can choose to use a bathtub or a shower.
You will also benefit from an apartment with a capacity of 4 beds, equipped with a fitted kitchen open to the living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed and a shared bathroom.
This space benefits from internet and television by orange.
This accommodation has an independent entrance and its terrace faces the vegetation and the path that leads to the craft market.
This property is located below the villa KIKKO. As you can see in the photos, to the left of the pool there is a staircase that leads to this space.
There is plenty of storage space at the entrance of the house, so you will have a washer dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen of the villa is open to the dining area and the living room. These three spaces are one. This set is open to the terrace which offers a beautiful sea view; facing the salt pool which is secured by a submerged alarm. The pool is 1m50 deep.
The corner sofa installed in the living room is convertible and can accommodate two children. It should be noted that the living room is not air-conditioned, however it is equipped with two fans.
A swimming pool specialist will intervene once a week.
The terrace offers several lounges so that everyone can relax as they please. Also, 4 deckchairs will be at your disposal.
A carbet will allow you to play a game of table football in the shade of the sun.
On the side of the house, you will have access to a staircase that leads to a rooftop. This corner out of sight will allow you to take time for yourself; on a net or on a fatboy. You can observe the sea during the day and the stars at night.

The courtyard is secured by an electric gate, you can easily park 2 cars, one of which is under an awning.
A few days before your arrival, we will send you the codes to open the gate and the front door.
Indeed, the front door is equipped with a connected lock, we will explain how to use it. Of course, we will report all the information related to the use in a booklet that you will have access to at any time.
The house is equipped with a cistern so that you are never deprived of water.
Beyond 13 nights, the sheets will be changed.
